DG YS&S visits Govt College of Physical Education Gadoora | KNO

Ganderbal, Aug 24 (KNO): Director General of Youth Services & Sports (J&K), Rajinder Singh Tara visited the Government College of Physical Education Gadoora, Ganderbal to review the infrastructural developments at the institution, both completed and ongoing. As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), this visit highlights the department's commitment to upgrading the college’s facilities and infrastructure, essential for the institution’s continued growth and development Accompanying the Director General were the Joint Director YS&S Kashmir, the Executive Engineer of the Sports Council, and other officials from the Directorate. During his visit, he was engaged in a meaningful interaction with students from BPEd Semester-II & Semester-IV and MPEd Semester-III. He commended the students for their dedication and enthusiasm, offering them valuable advice on academic success and personal growth. His words inspired the students, underlining the importance of physical education in their overall development. In addition, the Director General interacted with the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college. Dr. Nazir Ahmad Waza, Senior Assistant Professor extended a warm welcome to the DG, expressing appreciation for his visit. Director General acknowledged the college's efforts in creating a supportive environment for both academic and athletic development. He also shared his vision for the institution’s future, encouraging continued dedication to achieving institutional excellence.
